Zoelily Empanadas is a family- owned and operated Food Truck. My family has made empanadas for 80 plus years, going back as far back as my mother, my grandmother, my grandmothers mother. Empanadas for us was a special treat we would have only a couple times a year during very special occasions. We use fresh ingredients and traditional methods to produce exceptional yellow corn empanadas, white flour empanadas, and korokkes.
While we are still making empanadas the tranditional ways mom and grandma use to make them, we continually strive to make new and innovative empanadas here at Zoelily Empanadas. And mom and grandma would be pretty proud of that.
